Every doll we sell comes directly from a manufacturer we are officially certified by. We hold signed vendor authorization certificates from every brand we carry – and we make them publicly available for you to verify.
We are not a grey market reseller. You receive exactly what you ordered, from the official manufacturer, with a direct line to them if anything needs resolving.
2. Quality Guarantee
The sex doll market is full of products that look great in edited promotional photos but fall short in reality. Poor proportions, rough finishing, artificial-looking details, and substandard materials are common – especially at lower price points.
At MyRobotDoll, we only work with manufacturers whose products consistently meet our standards. We know their factories, their processes, and their output. Before any order is approved for shipment, our team personally reviews the finished doll against your specifications. If it does not meet our bar, it does not ship.

3. Pre-Shipment Photo Approval
Once your doll passes our quality review, we photograph it from multiple angles and send you the images for review before anything is packed or dispatched. We ask for your confirmation before the order ships.
If you notice something during your review, let us know and we will do our best to coordinate with the factory before shipment. Photos are sent from [email protected] – please whitelist this address and check your spam folder.

4. After-Sales Support
You are protected after delivery. If something is not right when your doll arrives, please contact us immediately and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Prompt contact helps us review the issue properly, collect the necessary evidence, and work with you toward the most appropriate solution under our after-sales policy.

5. Privacy & Discretion
What you buy is your business. Every order is handled with complete discretion.
